What do EU and Dubai fragrance oils mean?

Strength should not be judged from country of origin alone. Perceived performance depends on the compound, finished concentration, formulation, maturation and scent profile. A dense amber or oud profile may naturally feel more powerful than a fresh citrus profile regardless of origin.

This varies scent by scent. Two sources can interpret the same inspiration differently: one may emphasise the opening, another the dry-down, and another may alter sweetness, woods or musks. For important products, compare the oils themselves before buying a large quantity.

Fragrance concentrate pricing varies with materials, complexity and source. A higher price does not automatically guarantee that an oil will suit your customers better. Calculate the oil cost in the finished bottle and test customer response.

Choose by customer demand rather than region. Shortlist the scents your market wants, buy manageable quantities, produce controlled test batches and scale what sells.
Can you use both sources in one brand?
